Teresa is an executive coach with over 20 years experience in organizations ranging from start-ups, family owned businesses, and partnerships to Fortune 1000 and Fortune 500 companies. She successfully guides professionals in enhancing communication skills and assists them in goal setting and navigating career paths and transitions. Through executive coaching, Teresa leverages the most satisfying aspects of her long career—helping individuals to develop strategies for attaining professional goals as well as to shift perspectives and behaviors in order to maximize career potential and personal satisfaction.
Teresa also assists leaders and organizations in identifying emerging talent, along with enhancing effectiveness of seasoned executives. Teresa has a bachelors degree in accounting from DePaul University in Chicago and is a registered CPA in Illinois ; she also holds an MBA from DePaul. She is currently training to become a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach with the Coaches Training Institute.
Her memberships include the International Coach Federation, Chicago Coach Federation, National Association of Women Business Owners, and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
On a personal level, Teresa is known for her sense of humor, strategic vision, and resourcefulness. When she has free time, she enjoys cooking, travelling, going to concerts, and spending time with friends.
